I was a first-time homebuyer and have known Sharon for years, so I already trusted her. We started our search in Fallbrook and saw a few places that just didn’t feel right. Then we checked out a KB Home community that looked like a great deal at first — but Sharon took the time to break everything down for me. She went over the real monthly costs, including the mortgage, taxes, HOA, Mello-Roos, lot premiums, and temporary buydowns. Once she laid it all out, I realized it wasn’t such a great deal after all.

That’s when she found a DR Horton home that checked every box — a bigger lot, a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and an open kitchen — and it was about the same price! Sharon is a very accomplished and competent Real estate agent. She took us from beginning to end with constant communications and direction. She helped us prepare our home so it would show well. She researched the market before we began (We had a very unique property). She marketed our home far and wide - our buyer was from hundreds of miles away!
